Ready to talk about what's actually happening in your organisation?
A 30-minute discovery call is the right first step. No deck, no pitch — just a conversation about what you're seeing and whether the work I do is the right fit.
How this usually goes
Three steps, not a sales funnel.
The first conversation is always free. If we go further, the next step is a short paid diagnosis sprint — long before any full engagement is on the table.

01
A 30-minute discovery call
Tell me what you're seeing. I'll tell you what I'd want to look at first, and whether I'm the right person for it.
-
02
A short written proposal
If the fit is there, I'll write up what I'd diagnose, how, and what it costs — usually 1–2 pages.
-
03
Diagnosis, then decide
A 4–6 week diagnosis sprint comes first. You decide whether to commit to the full system design with the diagnosis in hand.

Common questions
Things people ask before the first call.
How long does a typical engagement run? +
Most Leadership System Design engagements are 6–12 months. Long enough for behaviour change to land — short enough to maintain momentum. Diagnosis-only sprints are 4–6 weeks.
Do you work outside New Zealand and Australia? +
Selectively. The practice is built around being present — sitting in the rooms, not just on the calls. I'll consider international work where the engagement model supports it.
Can you just deliver the workshops? +
No. A workshop without a diagnosis around it and a system behind it is exactly the thing this practice exists to replace. If a one-off session is what you need, I'm happy to recommend people who do that well — it just isn't my work.
What if we already have an L&D team? +
Good. The work is usually better when there's an internal team to hand the system over to — they become the long-term operators of what we build. A lot of my engagements run as a partnership with an existing People or L&D lead.
